Smoked Bacon
Our Smoked Bacon is made by taking slabs of belly, brining them, letting them age for a few days, then smoking over low temps, and slicing. Our bacon is nitrate and nitrite free (which makes it look more brown than pink) and is unfortunately only available in a 10 lb box order.
Pasture-Raised, No Growth Hormone or Antibiotics, Fed Organic Grain, cheese whey and non-GMO spent grains
