Bulk Soup Bones
This is a box of bones that contain 7 to 10 of our regular packages of bones. 5 to 7 bones per package, bones are cut into 1-3 inch chunks.
Our beef bones are mixed and matched and bagged at the end of the butchering process. Most bags contain a mixture of rib bones, joint bones and marrow bones. Simmer these collagen-rich beef bones until you end up with a rich, nutritious, and deeply savory broth.
