Gordon Choice 4 Fruit Burst Berries, Individually Quick Frozen
This frozen, four-berry Burst-o-Berries fruit blend is individually quick frozen for ease of separation. The blend includes blackberries, raspberries, blueberries and strawberries.
Use the berries in baking: desserts, muffins, cakes, crepes, pies and cobblers. Blend the berries in a food processor to add to coulis, vinaigrettes, sauces, sorbets and ice cream. Throw berries into toppings or salsas as an accompaniment to any main course. Add berries to your morning smoothie or eat plain as a snack.

The berries are packed in 2.5 kilogram reclosable bags, two per case.
